Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What is the difference between the Saturn Glass for red wine and white wine?
It's mostly a size difference. The red wine glass is a bit bigger than the white wine glass just like traditional wine glasses.  Most people with smaller hands tend to prefer the white wine glass.

2. How much liquid do they hold?
Each Saturn Glass holds a restaurant-sized pour of it's particular drink while staying spill-safe.  6 fl oz for red wine, 5 fl oz for white wine, and 2 shots (3fl oz) without ice or 1 shot (1.5 fl oz) with ice for the rocks glass.

3. Can I put them in the dishwasher?

YUP.  All our glass is dishwasher-safe so it's really easy to clean up after you have your friends or family over for dinner.

4. Does the crystal get cloudy like leaded crystal?

Nope!  Our lead-free crystal is much less porous than leaded crystal, so not only is it healthier, but it stays clear too.

5. Where do you ship to?
Currently, we offer shipping to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. For shipments outside the USA, import duty/taxes are not included.

6. How long does shipping take?

Packages usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after we receive an order.  For customers in the USA, shipping takes 2-3 business days via priority mail or 1-2 business days express.  For customers outside the USA, it usually takes around either 6-10 business days or 8-14 business days depending on which shipping method you choose, but occasionally a little longer if things get delayed in customs.

7. What is your return policy?
We offer free returns on any order within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in like-new condition.

8. Do your products have a warranty?

All our glassware comes with a one year warranty for proven manufacturing defects. We do require a photo to help us determine the cause of breakage.
